Our Welcome Dinner

We had a lovely day for our Welcome Dinner. The sun was shining and after 4pm they closed the pool area for our wedding party. We lounged in privacy and then came back at 6:30 for our Low County Boil served with Key Lime pie and peach cobbler. The boil was oysters, crab legs already split by the chef as well as chicken, potatoes, salad... yummy! We served it buffet style and our guests went back a few times to enjoy.

Mom designed the decorations using candles the color of the sea and we added sand and flat marbles. When the sun set, the lighting was perfect and so warm. Roots Reggae floated through the speakers and the doors were open so guests could enjoy outside inside and go in and out to visit the open bar.
